Starting Wazayef Masr was by finding that always there is a gap between the employer and the employeewhere employers are always searching for the right calibers to hire while employees are not always on the right track of finding the employers. This was because of several reasons; the most important of them is that
- The employees are not having full information about the existing employers that they can hit.
- The employers do not have a specific channel to deliver their needs and express themselves through.
- A lot of other reasons were found but at last their was no specialized communication channel that express both the employer and the employee
THAT WAS OUR START…
On August 31st, 2006 Wazayef Masr was launched to become the first Employment dedicated Newspaper in Egypt to enhance the communication between the employers & Egypt’s working force.
Wazayef Masr newspaper started as a tabloid insert in Al Ahram newspaper with monthly publication covering Cairo and Alexandria. Starting from the 3rd issue and due to the great success achieved, Wazayef Masr Newspaper moved to be covering all Egypt.
On February 2007, Wazayef Masr started its Weekly Radio Show"Mostakbalak ma’a Wazayef Masr" (Your Future with Wazayef Masr) on Nogoom FM Radio Station. The program was a great opportunity for companies "Employer Branding" where it hosts HR & fields experts to transfer their knowledge & advice by covering three main topics:
1. Explaining new & interesting fields.
2. Giving career development tips.
3. Discussing employment related issues & giving solutions & recommendations.
THE INTEGRATION
Starting 2008, Wazayef Masr started to capitalize on the previous success & move to the second phase of Wazayef Masr journey; Wazayef Masr went from being a recruitment specialized newspaper, to be an “Employment Total Solution” company integrating its own solutions to efficiently carry its customers’ messages to the exact targeted market segments including: Newspaper, Radio program, Employment Fairs, Website, Training Center & Recruitment company..

Wazayef Masr evolved from being an insert in Al Ahram Newspaper to become a standalone newspaper published on weekly basis and covering all Egypt.

Developing the concept in Egypt from small Employment fairs in selected communities having a low budget.
We started by The Biggest Employment Fairs in Egypt followed by a serial of both recruitment and training Events.

Wazayef Masr also added an important branch to its unique services; WMTS (Wazayef Masr Training Services Company) was launched to provide state of the art training courses for both corporate & individual markets in cooperation with top notch training providers; in May 2009 it started a mutual cooperation with CIC.
WMTS provides General English and Conversation Courses, along with CIC Soft Skills, Management, Marketing, Sales and HR Courses all are now available in WMTS premises in Heliopolis.
