IDEAL EMPLOYER STUDY

Nielsen Egypt in partnership with Wazayef Masr conducted a research amongst 700+ Egyptian professionals ……. for the first time in Egypt.
Vodafone was selected to be the ideal employer in Egypt for the year 2009.
This research aims to identify Ideal Employer from the Egyptian professional’s perspective (Overall level and within specific sectors) indicating the reasons for choice of Ideal Employer.
We measure the importance of different factors affecting employer selection in addition to assessing the associations of the different companies on the key factors of employer selection.
This Evaluate the willingness to join the different companies within each sector
The research methodology was taken place as face to face interviews amongst the participants of Wazayef Masr employment fair from 30th Jan to 1st Feb 2009
The interviews were conducted using largely structured questionnaire, covering employees of different seniority levels, where each respondent was asked to rate companies within two preferred sectors.
Specific Sectors were covered to be studied in depth:
• Banking/ Finance/ Insurance
• Media/Communication/Entertainment
• Pharmaceutical & Healthcare
• Business Consultancies
• Construction & Real Estate
• Electronics/Telecom/IT
• Consumer goods
• Manufacturing (Auto/Durables/Commodities)
• Oil& Gas
At last, deliverables includes a customized report for each client as per the sector of interest.
